- which I have received from certain Members of the London Missionary Society, and of my reply of

yesterday's date, regarding a lot of land which they had requested might be granted to found an English-Chinese College, Schools &c in this Colony.

In addition to what I have stated in my reply, I would respectfully beg to call Your Lordship's attention to my letters of the 22nd of February 1862, and the letter of the 6th of May 1842, to the respective addresses of Messrs Duncannon and Harrison, which
